Refund Policy

Effective Date: 7/15/25

At ArkCV, we are committed to delivering high-quality computer vision services to assist in the counting and identification of fish for scientific, conservation, and resource management purposes. Due to the specialized nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Because our services involve custom data collection, processing, and analysis using artificial intelligence, all sales are final once services have been delivered. Refunds will not be issued for completed services, regardless of project outcomes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.

2. Cancellation Prior to Service Commencement

If a client wishes to cancel a project before any processing, data analysis, or deployment of resources has begun, a partial refund may be issued at ArkCV’s discretion, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred (e.g., setup costs, preliminary site planning, administrative fees).

3. Service Disruption or Non-Delivery

In the rare event that ArkCV is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal technical failures, unforeseen operational issues, or project termination by ArkCV, a full or partial refund may be issued, based on the percentage of work completed at the time of disruption.

4. Client Dissatisfaction

While we strive for accuracy and transparency in our reporting and AI analysis, results may be influenced by environmental conditions, camera limitations, or data variability. Dissatisfaction with analytical outcomes alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Custom Contracts

If your service is governed by a separate agreement or contract, the refund terms outlined in that document will take precedence over this general policy.

Requests must include the project name, service date, and a brief description of the issue. ArkCV will review all refund requests in good faith and respond within 10 business days.
